is a creation of my own imagination, a metal box outfitted with tension held industrial springs and a garden of guitar and bass strings. This box is capable of creating the harshest of tones, but with a few effects applied, can also create some incredibly beautiful if not eerie tones. |

Jonathan Richmond is an Award winning
Film & Television Composer. In addition to writing music for Film & Television, Jonathan also frequently collaborates with artists and bands; Engineering, Recording, Mixing and Mastering as well providing additional production such as Orchestrations and Synthesizers. Jonathan has been writing and performing his own original music since he was old enough to reach the keys of his mother's piano. That early admiration of the piano quickly led to lessons and a subsequent love of anything and everything that could create a tune. At a young age, Jonathan was already a multi-instrumentalist spending every spare hour of his day perfecting the Piano, Guitar, Bass and Drums. By High School, Jonathan had played in several Southern California bands, and had been recording his own songs; expanding his musical pallet and song writing Chops. a meeting and subsequent mentorship with composer George Gabriel (Disney's Kim Possible, Dora the Explorer, Bay Watch) shifted his view of the music industry forever. Jonathan began studying musical composition and arrangement; began writing his own orchestral compositions and began his career as a composer soon after. Jonathan now works out of his studio in Orange County CA, where he produces tracks for artists and composes the music for everything from Feature Films to Commercials; Award Shows; to Orchestrations for Metal Bands and TED Talks; and most recently; Disney XD's 'G.O.A.T.' & 'Eye Wonder' |
